Hi there,
Unfortunately a seller is unable to check whether or not the customer has any current or closed unpaid item disputed against their account. If you customer is yet to pay for a purchased item, I would suggest you wait four days until opening an unpaid item dispute, if no resolution is came to within a further four days you will then be able to close the case and receive a credit to your eBay account for the FVF attached to the unpaid listing!
