how do i increase my item listing per month?

it says in my ebay account this >

You can sell up to 10 items or up to AU $2,500.00 per month, whichever comes first.

and then gives me an option to increase my listing.

but it wont allow me to increase my listing and doesnt give me an option to increase when it says it does?

how do i increase my items listing from only 10 to as many as i want or at kleast more then 10 per month??????????
