Buyer has advised that due to circumstances they wish to cancel the purchase - advised via SMS. Have asked them to advise ebay. We have cancelled the order but it seems they have 10 days to appeal. We would like to go to second bidder but feel the longer we wait the less chance that buyer will still be there.
