how long does it for E Bay to contact seller on a none payment of item

hi have opend a Request to EBay on a none payment of my patrol i was selling ( 1624343166 ) IT WAS SOLD ON THE 26/3/2017

to<Removed>  for $3 -500  ,was just wondering how long i have to wait for Ebay to contact me on what is going to happen as it has been as it has een 2 weeks and still nothing .
