how to get money back for a delivered item

Hello,

I sell an item on ebay,item take two months to deliver to Russia.in this time buyer open a case and ebay refund his money full.

But now the tracking information shows item was delivered.i reopen a appeal case in ebay.

Is there any way to get my money back?

or can any one tell me how will be ebay resolve this problem?
