i am not able to adjust postage now

a buyer has asked for price of combined postage for four items,as i am unable to adjust invoice. postage would be $33.00,items will fit into a $13.40 pre paid bag.price of items come to $10.00,the only way i can see to do it is put the invoice through,then refund through paypal,i am going to lose a lot of buyers thanks kath

i.e. change the postage amount but DO NOT hit recalculate, just preview and only send if the invoice is correct in the preview.

If a buyer pays the full postage for each item and you refund the overcharged postage you will probably pay final value fee on the full postage paid!
