i had a horse float up for auction on ebay, it was also advertised elsewhere as well which was stated on the bottom of the add & that it may be removed at anytime, well i sold the horse float through other avenues, i tried to remove the add from ebay but was unable to, so i tried to add a message to say it was sold but was unable to as it wouldn't let me add any messages to the add. now the add is ended & it would appear i have a very angry ebayer as she bidded on the float, now she is treatening legal action. where do we stand with this issue.
