i hope that someone can help me,i have just received a negative,the item was a buy it now item,the buyer  made no communication with me about the cost,what i can't understand is she knew the price of the item before buying,but still purchased and then leaves me negative saying to expensive for a used item,do you think i can get this negative removed,
