i need to send a buyer an invoice,offer free postage but i cannot update the postage on the invoice how do i update that to fee postage

I need to send an invoice to a buyer, however i cant find where to update the postage to free postage, i tried to update but when i press recalculate it goes back to postage charged...how do i update 🙂
