i tried to open a store and was told the name could not be the same as another member ,on doing a search i could not find a name like it

Hi tried to open a store today ,it came back that the name was that of another member or something tried to do a search and no similiar names found ? so then i thought ok i will try under my ebay account name then it says to me must start or finsh with  letter or number ,hello it does now i am totaly confused
