I am operating two accounts on ebay one focused on clothing the other dvd's and was selling until my review without issue and now ebay has stopped payments going to my other account which is perfect while my main account is under limitations and under ebays rules i can operate two accounts but they also say if one is suspended or limited then the other cannot be used to avoid the limits on the first account so tell me can you actually sell on another account legally if the first is limited???? Help
