item removed, NO explanation as to why... have another bag identical still listed??

having an issue that someone with plenty of time but not enough to do some research has reported an item i am selling - it has been removed with no explanation but authenticity and please read this and that from ebay.... what gets me is that ive asked them 3 times to know what the reasons where so i know what ive done wrong and told them how im very confused as i have an identical bag still listed????  ( just without a gold buckle) but the descrition and information was exactly the same?? --- so whats the problem!!!  they havent told me anything just refer me to read the guidelines for highend listings.... ive argued with them that the company is australian registered and in no way high end... its $20 for christ sake so dont need certificate of authenticity... anyway im starting to get angry with there lack of informing me the reasons this stupid person has told them so i can fix it and  tried to know why the other is still allowed to be listed - getting the run around and NO response

they even told me to come here so you guys could help me with listing hahahah
