item still in tasks after refund

For some reason google was not sending me email notifications and I missed 3 sales. The buyers opened a case and received a refund. When I found out what happened I contacted them and apologized for not sending the item.

 

Now my problem is:

In the tasks for overdue labels, it has those sales there saying they should be shipped, even though it has "Refunded" written on top of the print a label button. How do I resolve and end these sales?
