You can leave a follow-up to buyer feedback but I would recommend you either ignore it or wait until it moves onto the second page as there's no time limit to leave a FU. I think most buyers generally don't even read positive feedback whereas a FU tends to draw attention to the original comment.
Under Community in the main menu click on Feedback Forum and select Follow Up.
