my buyer message me saying i sent the items to quickley as she was up dating her address so the item

went to tasmania, she first asked me to send postage  then today asking ebay for refund as item did not arrive to her new address

does ebay still have live help and if so where will i find it thanks

If you sent the item to the address given to you by paypal with tracking then just upload the tracking into the dispute and it should all go away. 

 

If the buyer has an incorrect address in paypal then it is her problem, not yours.
