negative feedback as a libel left on order cancellation due to a missing item

I have asked my daughter to look after my sales while on vacation.One of the 2 sold items was sent to a wrong direction previously so order was cancelled and apology given. Three weeks later buyer left negative feedback based on assumption of my dishonesty(Libel) despite of 1350 100% positive feedback..Some legal people saying it is wrong. Regards
