A bidder on my item did not pay for that item and left feedback which said "I did not bid on this item sorry"... and then added a red negative icon on that feedback, which was absolutely incorrect. I sent an ebay feedback revision to the bidder and did not receive a reply. How can I have this negative feedback icon on my profile reversed ?. Thank you....coinsr_doug.

I would send the 'buyer' a message along the lines of:
"I am truly sorry that someone has bid on this item using your eBay account. Rest assured that I find this truly disturbing.
Accordingly, I will be sending an email to eBay Trust and Safety to let them know that your account was hi-jacked and used to bid on my item.
Hopefully eBay Trust and Safety will be able to investigate this missuse of your account. I know that they will be able to identify the I.P. address used to unlawfully access your account. If this is shown to have happened using your usual I.P. address (i.e. your computer and internet connection) I hope that the sanctions placed on your account will not be too harsh"
