negative feedback left without contacting me first.I would have replaced the item or refunded buyers money if given the opportunity.

I have emailed buyer asking why they didnt contact me first but have had no reply.This negative feedback has dropped my rating from 100% down to 87% and it looks terrible to other buyers. What should i do now?
