Hi All, can anyone help me please. I've recently sold a frigile (pyrex glassware) items to USA. Parcel and items have arraived damaged. The items were packed properly in multy-layred bubble wrap, but the parcel was not insured as there was no buyers request for it. What steps should i take now to resolve the problem? I feel bad for my customer, but it's not my fault too. Many thanks in advance. Regards Kate
