I am having a problem listing.  I have listed quite a bit in the past but not that recently (although did successfully list something the other day). I did have issues with this listing before it finally uploaded.

The problem seems to be with my payment policy.  The system does not seem to like my payment policy but does not allow me to edit or create a new one.  When I go to list the listing does not upload at all and just freezes.

Try clearing cookies and temp internet files.

Clear browser history and restart computer.

Use Chrome or Firefox if using IE as a browser.

It may be a temp glitch.
