I purchased a old style ball and chain on ebay decided to resell it and I get the listing removed and a policy voilation from ebay, not happy, iv'e been a customer with ebay for over 10 years and still waiting for a reply after 4 days. The item in question is considered a weapon but I think not as it is designed for display purposes or novelty, the leg shackle is even to small for most peoples leg to fit in.
