Would rather use a secondary form of payment , instead of using my bank .  Is that allowed ?

No, the only option for selling is to be signed up to Managed Payments, which has been the case for over 5 years 

There is no other option to be paid

Obviously, you could open an appropriate account which is *only* to use for selling (as in, not your every day bank account) But the name on any account must exactly match the name you are signed up to eBay with
