I have printed a postage label and then the buyer has asked me to cancel the transaction and refund her money. Does ebay cancel the postage or do I need to do something about that myself?
You need to go to "My Ebay". Click on "Manage my Postage" on the left hand side. Scroll down to the postage in question and select cancel from the drop down menu on the right hand side. It takes 25 days before the credit will show in your account.
