Hi everyone, not sure if anyone else is having this problem? When a buyer wants to purchase more than one item from my store, I have always been able to send them an invoice with combined postage. They just hit the 'buy it now' button, but don't pay til they receive my invoice. It has always worked nicely. The problem is, they are now being taken straight to 'confirm and pay' without being able to ask for an invoice. I have contacted eBay and received this reply : Thanks for contacting eBay. I understand you want to know the reason why the buyers are ask to pay for item directly. Kelly, The update we have recently was for the "Unpaid Item Case Reduction". Where in all listing that has an amount of less than $1,000 instead of being taken to the Commit to Buy screen, buyers will be taken directly to the Immediate Pay screen. If you notice in the past, sellers have experience where their items are being committed to buy but don't pay for it. Since we received a lot of complains from buyer, eBay decided to initiate the changes to avoid high numbers of "Unpaid item." I'm not sure, if PayPal charged for refunds. But if you want to make sure, you can contact PayPal for this.   Does this mean that eBay expect buyers to pay for shipping on each item, and then for me to refund them via PayPal? I have had a buyer open a dispute. He received it, but the envelope was damaged and product wasn't in it, which he even says looks like Australia Post did it, but wants a refund. Hello,   Every day I'm getting Impressions which I can see on my promoted listing dashboard. But I'm not exactly recognise which items are getting how much impression (Item wise). And the main thing when I've checked on Listing Analytics manually each and every items are showing 0 views and 0 impressions.   If my items are getting impression then how could it show that on Listing Analytics! I stupidly entered the wrong PayPal email when creating the listing. He's already sent the money and I already sent the item. What options do I have here? Hi, Does anyone know how I can update the "Avg Unit Cost" price so that the updated price reflects in the Sales Report? So when the cost of my item goes up I have updated the "Avg Unit Cost" in Inventory but this updated price does not carry over to my Sales reports, it continues to use the old price? Hi Guys, Anyone else having this issue on Australian ebay. I have been selling on ebay for years and sometimes strike this issue. I am listing a new product and using one of my normal Postage Poliicies- but ebay will not list it and says"Package dimensions are less than the minimum allowable limit for service {0}" . Finally got the answer to my problem about finding free listings from calling ebay help line. for the third time. I needed to click on to where my G'day name is, click on account settings then click on sell from the drop down menu. Down at the bottom of the page are my free listing. Hooray!!! Thanks kopenhage5 yet again for help but there was nowhere I could find my free listings under promotions. The op out option finished yesterday which is probably why I got changed over to it. Overvew will not open on my site so got another link from the a chat session with ebay to open it and nowhere does it tell me where my free listings are. Seller Hub does not appear automatically on My Ebay page.   I was using Sales Manager till it was discontinued and now there is no link to my listings/sales etc on my start page.   I can get to it by long winded way of using Help- search- Sales Hub but that is very longwinded.
