So I'm wondering - how to accomodate a customer who is going to pick up an item? It's impossible to communicate over computer if a person got lost in my suberb, and what about the address? Is it also prohibitted to provide it through the Ebay message?

I have just spent an hour going round in circles on your web site trying to find a way to claim a credit for a invoice payment on an item that didn't sell. I have apparently waited too long to claim a refund or cancel a sale!!!!! I was not informed that the sale had taken place by ebay or by the buyer!!!! I was totally unaware of the sale but only realised that something had happened when a sum was deducted from my bank account. As I was oblivious to the fact that the sale happened I believe that the money taken out of my account should be refunded. I do not think that a delay in my reporting this invoicing mistake under these circumstance is reason for me not claiming a refund. The item number was: 201833897111 listed Feb 25 2017 'sold' date, supposedly 4 March 2017 Buyer supposedly <Removed> Christopher

Hey everyone. I am a new seller on ebay been around for roughly 2 and a half months and made 104 sales total of $1,456. Would ebay take that into account to raise my selling limit? I am capped at the moment and cannot list anymore. If i open an ebay store will that make the raising the limit an easier process? Thanks please leave Answer and Some tips 😀 John Yaacoub

I am trying to send an invoice to a buyer who has bought two items. One has free postage. I am not clicking on the Recalculate button and yet when I go to preview.............it keeps saying You must put in a postage charge. I removed the postage charge prior to going to preview. It wont let me send the invoice. Can someone please help me?

I have been overseas for 3 years and have not used ebaywhilst away. I was a very frequent user. Last week I set up a new account. 2 days ago I posted an item for $2500.00 and I am now unable to post another item. Many of my selling items are above "1000.00. I need to increase my limit to $20,000.00 urgently as I have numerous items to sell. . How is this a larger limit obtained.

There was a bit of confusion on the item the buyer wanted me to end the auction early and pay a little more than I was asking so I did this. Unfortunately the customer did not enter the correct figure and an invoice was issued for $10 on item (142360035228). So I ended that auction and relisted the item at $12 issue her an invoice which she paid. Now she has been issued with an unpaid invoice for the original mistaken $10. Can you please cancel this and not mark her account as a bad buyer. Thank you. I look forward to hearing from you.

As a Seller, I withdraw an item I had for sale due to damage, the buyer is making all sorts of demands when I have already told her that I am more than happy to refund her money. She paid AFTER i had withdraw the item from sale, by internet banking into my account. She has since made all sorts of crazy demands and accussations regarding the item. But I just want to refund her as the item is not up for sale. I have asked her for her details to refund her but she hasn't or will not provide her details.....What do I do???

Can someone explain how eBay makes their final decisions? Buyer purchased items claims it's non genuine, I provide proof but eBay settles in buyers favour....how does that happen?

Hi there, I am a seller on eBay. Recently my PayPal account was limited permanently without good reason. I have tried calling and reasoning with them but they just keep sending me the same generic message, refusing to remove the limitation. Has anyone experienced something like this? In the meantime, I have set up an Internet merchant account so that my customers can pay via credit card. So far, I have found that I am paying less fees and have not lost any customers. Furthermore I do not run the risk of PayPal freezing my account for no good reason and experiencing major cash flow problems. However, I still need PayPal to remove he limitations so that my funds can be released. They want to hold my money for half a year. Once my money has been released, I will close my PayPal account and just use the Internet merchant option for receiving payments. It is much safer and the fees are not as high as PayPal.

Hi I have recently plasced an ad to sell a couch. A bidder won it and never paid for the item. I have emailsed them multiple times with n respaonse. I also noticed they lived in QLD and I live in VIC and it was a local pick up item only. I tried to cancel the the item, but they have not comfirmed this either. Do I still have to pay the $15 insertion fee when this item didnt sell due to the buyer not paying? Is there anything else that I can do to correct this? I can not relist the ad as i have now sold the couch through another avenue? Kind regards Shona

Hello! I have upgraded to a store, believing I would get 600 Free listings per month. But now I find out the 600 are for Collectables Only. I have searched everywhere and can't find where it says this. I want to sell mostly books so this is not of much use to me. Am I reading the Fee Table and the detailed fees list wrong? Would someone please point me to where I can see info regarding what Free listings are for - or are they always for Collectables Only? Thanks

How can I mark something 'sold' if my buyer paid cash and picked up before I realised he had to mark it as sold online. I haven't done this for a couple of years and forgot how it works. So it's still marked as active and I am getting offers I don't need! I have messaged him and asked him to do it but no response today. I have to apologise and tell bvuyers it's sold but I can't seem to update it from the seller listing. Help!!

I sell plants and posted some plants 4 days before Good Friday through Australia Post. It is now 2 days after Easter and some have still not been delivered. One lot of plants was rotten when they were delivered yesterday and I expect there will be more. Apart from replacing the plants for the buyer is there any sort of seller protection etc that will compensate me for the loss? I don't have any problems when there are no public holidays.
