As my topic I would like to cancel account on eBay because I got the seller invoice fee from eBay every month due to I pressed the wrong bottom from product selling but I did not sell out any product yet that mean I did not get any money from anyone maybe it my fault but I do not know. I received an email from <Removed> in regards to a couch I have for sale on ebay. They have told me to email them as they dont check their ebay account often and when I did they asked for my account details and address and said they would buy the couch and send a truck to pick up the couch once the money was deposted. There had been no other discussion at all in regards to money or anything so I have no idea what amount they were intending to depost. When i asked that they purchase the couch through the correct chanells if (they were interested) on ebay they asked if I had a problem giving them my paypal account details and address, to which I replied yes ebay is there to protect buyers and seller and due to the way of the world today I would like them to place a bid and go throught the correct process. They never replied to me then. Can you please look into this for me as I am worried they can get my account details anyway. I have attached the email conversation trail for you to peruse. I am having trouble loading up a new logo (image) on the buyer's invoice. I have an existing image that I would like to replace. The best I can do is uncheck the box to have the old image appear on invoices. Can you please help.

When I go to "Manage communication with buyers" screen, there is no option to "Add a Message" to any of the automated emails that are sent out. I only see the "Enlarge" button (see screenshot attached). Does anybody have any idea why this is happening? Thanks for any help!

buyer purchased a 70yr old beautiful vintage fur jacket from me more than a month ago. has just instigated a return (unreasonable and unwarranted in my opinion but that is not the issue) . the lady has now agreed that i can refund her $100 and she keeps the jacket but that was AFTER i agreed that she could return it for full refund. i dont mind letting her keep it and give her a $100 refund (i just want to get rid of this issue it is stressing me no end).. however.. now that the refund has been offered i cant find a way to give her a partial refund rather than the whole lot. ive asked her to cancel the return so that i can just send $100 to her paypal account. assured her that i am reliable and honest however she wants the refund first and THEN wants to cancel. after the hell she has put me through combined with the fact she has virtually no feedback i am reluctant to refund first. can anyone suggest a way around this before ebay automatically refunds her the $220 AND she keeps the coat? help!

Recently I have had to chase up 2 buyers over unpaid items and I dont understand why this should be allowed to happen. The listings are both buy it now listings and It becomes very frustrating for sellers to have to chase this sort of problem up. If someone buys it now they should pay for it now - no exceptions. Most people are instant payers and excellent ebay customers but 2 listings in a matter of days????? There used to be an option of immediate payment required but that seems to have disapeared. It should be returned for sellers to use that option on their lstings.

Hello there, I've listed my first listing a few days ago just with 10 items limition. I tried to find a way to increase my item and for this perpose I clicked on "Request higher selling limits". But the big problem for a first time seller is terms of that which said:" 1- Make sure you have another eBay account with a higher selling limit." and I don't have another shop with a higher limit. Is there any way to increase this limit for me? Thanks, Dariush

I am going to "add or remove options" in the "Choose a Format and Price" section and ticking the "reserve price" box but nothing is happening. 😕

On April 18, 2016 Australia Post changed its options for international postage. However, eBay has not updated its listing template to reflect the new Australia Post options . Accordingly, when listing an item using the standard listing template, sellers can only choose from five now completely redundant international shipping options. It has been over 2 months since Australia Post changed its options. eBay won't tell me when the selling template will be updated and I'm wondering if someone in the eBay community might know enough to shed some light?

HI there I sell rugs with variations in size per listing (eg. four sizes per design). Id love to be able to use file exchange to update the qty levels. I know how to use file exchange if it doesnt have variations but how does it work with a varation like size? can i use turbo lister instead for this? any help appreciated Thank you Josh

ive been trying to enter the build date and the first registered date of a car im trying to list and its telling me its the incorrect format , firstly is says day/month /year , then it tells me year/month/day ? its getting frustrating , ive tried around 8 times, please help regards , Mark

A listing was incomplete as the appropriate details had not been applied. The item was to be local pickup, postage was never an option.While in draft form it went live without any direction from me

When the buyer got the items , he/she changed mind and open a return to send back the items . I had two boho skirts up on auction, buyer asked me about one. I gave her information and also let he know I had same skirt in different colour that I would be happy to combine post for if she bought both and I gave her the combined postage amount of $13 for 3kg bag. She wanted me to squash them both into 500g bag but they won't fit to start with and are over the weight. She agreed to 3kg but did mention about cheaper post as we are both in Qld, so I checked on it. I got back to her with online price, I also rang PO and then I even reduced my postage cost to $12 to accomodate her as I use postage bags with tracking only. I ended the auctions and put up as buy it now, she has bought the items and is now waiting for combined postage but has asked that I check in PO store to get cheaper post, by wrapping items in brown paper, but this has no tracking. Can I insist on using postage with tracking, just in case item goes missing so I have proof of posting?

on one of our accounts, buyer has made not as described claim. Buyer will not communicate, has not sent any supporting evidence. We have a top rated status . We know the claim to be utterly false, and just based on changed of mind at best or punishment for not allowing pickup. My question is.. without sending supporting proof of claim pics etc will ebay still grant in buyers favour? Not sure who is more fraudulent.. the buyer making a spurious claim, or ebay for not providing some measure of seller protection. Not helpful that I can get the item back then take my own civil proceedings. I appreciate that the easiest thing to do is send a refund, but that makes me equally as complicit in the fraud does it not? Remind me why we spend so long going over our things, honestly descibing and checking them before we sell them .
