"item" specific FAQ's answers in the "contact seller" section? !

I am going to be asked some technical questions about a range of products that I would like to list on Ebay.

It will be with regards to technical variants of the products I will be listing & I expect that about 35~45% to be of a similar nature.

There will be 27 listings each with between 5 ~ 12  variants (approx 200 item specific model #'s in total).

I am hoping to somehow add some generic questions in a FAQ Forum of sorts which can be accessed from within each listing, But not answering questions in each individual listing!

I have tried asking myself (from a test account) a question so that I can answer it & have it posted in the "conteact me" section of the listing, I have been waiting for the question to come through for over an hour so far but the question itself has not even reached my inbox as yet.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
