re Free listings

Please advise if there is a delay before you can make your 30-40 listings?  I have used it it before but notice that I will be charged the usual $1.50 fee. Thank you

Select all selling then scroll to the bottom under promotional offers to see if you have any free listings left.

(Usually 40 per month)

If not they reset the 1st or 2nd of each month.
