receiving unfair feedback

We sold a Hyundai door handle on the Thusday 22/8 (late and after posting time had closed) and sent it off on the following Monday (2 business days as our listing says) and the buyer has left negative feedback!  They received to item today (29th aug) as they live in QLD and we are in WA.

All the time, we kept the purchaser informed and cannot understand why the adverse emails and feedback.  Is there anything we can do to have this feedback removed?  The purchaser is quite determined to keep it the way it is.

 

Please advise us of options.
