buyer bought and paid for item and post. buyer says dress doesn't fit so I agreed she could return for a refund. She accepted she pays return post even though I told het ot just return to sender in ariginal bag. Do you refund her the post she paid to get it to her? It wasn't my fault she can't fit in dress and she didn't ask any measurement questions before bidding. Feel I shouldn't be out of pocket to post to her so is it fair she pays the post to and from?
Do you have it in your refund policy that you will refund for change of mind (which this is as long as the size sent was the one on the label) without postage? I cover the cost of postage both ways if I have made an error but refund item price only for change of mind. The buyer would be rather silly to just return to sender as they would have no tracking number and if the parcel has been opened and resealed then you would have to pay the postage to get it back.
