I am reporting a coat I received back that was damaged by the buyer, that I had to refund the payment on. My daughter was with me when I got it back, there was no musky smell, nor fading on the pockets ? the hem was pulled down by the buyer all the way around the hem, this was on a $1,590 NEW coat. There was nothing wrong with the coat when it was posted to the buyer, I suggest the buyer changed her mind and wanted her payment back, this coat me $50 to $60 in fees & Paypal transactions and 2 lots of postage etc.
I am going to now list more on Gumtree and les on Ebay, having paid you thousands of dollars over 15 years.
