Hi Ebay,

          I would like to report a member who I have blocked from bidding three times but each time I place an auction on Ebay he places large number of bids on my items with a different ID and a different email address each time.

     He currently opened a dispute for non receive of goods,the Paypal case number is PP003886334175  and the  $593.34, ID 11305.We are fighting this claim with documented evidence of delivery of items.

In todays auction he has bid on a further 10 items which I would like to cancel if it is possible. We can't rely any more in this client, because of this lack of integrity.
