Hi Ebay,

        I wish to report this member who doesn't seems to be interested in Ebay return policy,here is what he said....

I did bid on your item with confidence given your assurance that the item had been tested in perfect working order. The damage is certainly not occasioned in transit but (with adjoining scratches) is obviously long-term wear and tear damage which would have been visible to anybody examining it prior to listing.

I will return the parcel to you as soon as I receive a credit of $71.00 (my purchase costs including $15 postage) together with return postage costs of $15 = $86.00 into my paypal account. You will appreciate that otherwise it will have cost me $30 for postage and I am left with nothing!!

Alternatively you may choose to credit the $71.00 and I will "bin" the item which is damaged and not suitable for you to on-sell to another eBay customer.

I do hope you can settle this quickly so I can leave you a positive eBay feedback
