Hello All,
I have been negotiating with a buyer for payment of 7 items purchased over 2 weeks from mid October and have made numerous arrangements that have not be kept. Now the buyer is ignoring my emails, so I selected "more options" in the drop down box next to each item to raise a case and the "report unpaid item" option is missing! I wondered could this be due to it has been more than 30 days since the items were purchased? I have tried to locate information from the answer centre but there is nothing about the length of time that can lapse before the unpaid item option is no longer available, unless I have missed something. Can anyone shed any light on this or point me in the right direction please?
