responding to negative feedback

Hi, Recently I received negative feedback for ebay item #251090603474 from ebay member summerfield81. It was clearly stated in the listing that the item is antenna missing and battery dead. Even though he purchased the item and left us negative feedback for the same reason.

We contacted ebay via feedback manipulation and emails several times. But did not get any reply yet.

Even though requested him half the item price plus postage in exchange of the feedback revision request. Which he agreed finally.

But I am sure that the item was as described, What should I do now?
