simple question but am not able to do it. How does one activate the 'zoom' on the images displayed

Question:  How does one tap into the 'zoom' tool.  I have listed many items but cannot recall being given the option of using the 'zoom' / magnify tool on the images.  It would be such a help especially for my latest listing.
