Sold a lawnmower as in good working condition no returns accepted, had it delivered 100 klm away for small fee fee buyer says he cant start it and wants money back, he paid, Paypal, gave me negative feedback and opened dispute on day of delivery before i had a chance to respond to his complaint accused me of shrill bidding even though there were three other bidders where do i stand ?
