someone have bought an item and arranged to pay on pick up. Have not contacted since then. do i still need to pay the ebay price for selling

Someone have bought an item and arranged to pay on pick up. Buyer have not contacted efficiently since then. I dont think he intends to buy it any more. Do i still need to pay the ebay price for selling?
