Hi, had a problem last week and it's still ongoing. I had up for auction a wembley ashtray that ended on the 5th oct when i did the listing i forgot to add postage costs so did a revision before there were any bids so it was there for everybody to see, a person bid on and won the auction and payed by paypal on the 8th oct but only paid for the item not the postage so i emailed and messaged them through ebay but no answer, so i got their phone n.o but i think that it is a fax number, so i did an invoice via paypal for the postage and gave them 3 days to pay it, which it is up today and so far nothing, so iam not sure what to do the buyer has 100% feedback. thank you jackie
