store restriction

my store has been restricted  because we havent put tracking on the orders not sent i ahve expalined i cant put tracking on the orders as we are waiting for the orders to be filled then they can be dispatched we are so busy we are waiting on stock to arrrive everything is running about 5 days late anyone can you help me

So you are dropshipping? Or just keeping listings going when you don't have stock?

Neither is smart business, as you have found.

Either extend your handling time, as kopes suggested, or stop selling stuff you don't have.
