trying to pay my ebay fees that is over time buy 4 months now i have a collection place emailing me but when i click on it to pay nothing happens and i normaly would have it direct debited from my pay pal account  ebay user

You can no longer pay your fees with Paypal.

When eBay migrated you to Managed Payments, you authorised them to debit your nominated bank account (the one your payments now go to) for any fees that weren't covered by pending payouts.

Unless you didn't sign up for Managed Payments, which is a separate issue.
