I have 2 identical coins for sale.
I listed 1 in one listing then erroneously listed both in another listing.
both sold but I only have 2 coins when I have to supply 3.
I have emailed to winner of the 2 coin sale suggesting a half refund or replacement with another suitable coin but no reply yet.
What policy/rules are in place?
Any guidance is appreciated
