I sold a watch on ebay on 3rd day buyer wanted to know if watch sent on 4th day threatened to withdraw money on 4th day i advised sent policy [ 4 to 9 days] he received watch and put feedback watch does not work might work with battery and overcharged $1.00 for postage which was set by ebay i offered money back has not changed feedback and neither will ebay your thoughts
