I have just received a negative from a buyer which I feel is unjustified. My listing clearly stated the postage cost for the item (which is the postage & handling fee really). They paid instantly after winning, no questions asked, but are now complaining it was excessive??? It is really annoying that someone can destroy your 100% feedback and I can only leave them a positive in return.
