I recently opened an unpaid item case against a seller who did not pay for an item, I accidently hit the paid item icon and now showing that the buyer has paid but in fact they have not how can I relodge a case of this unpaid item again as I have tried re entering the ID # but is showing that the case has been cancelled- what can I do
