I sold a pair of new shoes, out of the box and tried on once as they did not fit me and it was an online purchase.
I promptly sent to the buyer, and received an message when she received them that they were in sub par condition, and were broken. I know that they were not, but I wouldn't have had any issue refunding her if she simply said that she didn't like them. I don't stress about these things and have bought enough things online to know that sometimes you get disappointed. So I figured no harm no foul and would resell them when I got them back.
I refunded her 3rd October. I have yet to receive the goods back. I have emailed the buyer, and have had no response.
What should i do next?
