DO NOT refund anything till they have returned the item.

If they have not escalated to a claim yet you can do this.

They will then be given the address to return to you via registered post and once you have the item back they can then be refunded.

No return no refund.

If they return something other than what was sent to you then come back here for help to proceed further.
