when the buyer wont acknowledge my request to cancel a transaction

Help.....

I have requested to cancel a transaction as the buyer has ignored my requests for payment. I have since sold and sent the item on second chance offer.  I have opended a request to cancel the transaction with this new ebayer (2) and one of them is a complaint for non payment and still no response.

How do I recieve a final selling fee credit in this situation?
