why does e bay not reply to a payment not received

sold an item on 13th item collected and paid for to paypal, ebay does not reflect payment in my account yet they have acknowled the sale and have invoiced $46 for the sale. Its been 7days since sale

Paypal say e bay must release the funds before they can trafer to my bank account. Ebay ignoring to mails to them

Since the buyer has left feedback for the item you should be able to get the funds released by going to the link below, scrolling to the bottom and using the "chat with us" function, and point out that feedback has been left. Emailing eBay is pointless all replies are bot-driven.
