Here is the correct link that will give you the best chance to accept this offer. The links in the other threads are specific to the OP's, so won't work for you (no disrespect meant towards those members). If this link doesn't work for you, then sadly, you're not eligible for some reason.
The offer runs from Midnight 24/4 to 11.59.59pm 1/5

Anyone else having trouble listing tonight? I came on at 11 pm to try and make use of the last hour for listing 1,000 items and I just keep getting constant re-login requests through Turbo Lister and "Unknown Errors" preventing submission of items. Have wasted 40 mins so far!
Oh well. Shouldn't leave this stuff to the last hour... maybe everyone else is hitting the system doing the same.

Mmm. I had the same problem with logging in - was trying to revise a listing rather than listing but sounds like what happened to me. All over now though - 1000 free listings just finished - wish I could have held on to the 940 I couldn't use........would have lasted me years I reckon.

I had trouble with login loops on one account both today and tonight (it only ever happens on Firefox for me). The first loop appeared out of nowhere. I shouldn't have needed to log in as I was prompted to log in last night. Cleared cache, restarted browser, loop continued. I eventually got it sorted.
Then tonight I ended 3 listings that were due to expire tomorrow night and didn't have any auto relists left. I was prompted to log in for that (normal), then got stuck in another loop. Finally got that sorted. A bit later I was relisting some unsolds and hit another loop. VERY frustrating! In the end I couldn't relist with it prompting me to log in. So, I relisted the quick way, without hitting the edit button. I needed to edit as everything was on a 1 day auction and I needed to change them back to 7 or 10 days and tick the auto relist box.
Relisting the quick way meant the box wasn't ticked, so once I got everything relisted, I got rid of the loop and went back in and revised everything to tick the box. I was able to change the duration on the instant relist screen.
This afternoon I was having hells own time uploading photos. If I wanted to upload say 8, 6 would fail. It got so frustrating as it was taking me half an hour to do a new listing as I had to upload each photo one at a time. I used both the standard and basic uploader and the were both as bad as each other.
Running a heap of 1 day auctions certainly paid off! Lets just say it's lucky I'm not working tomorrow as it's going to take me all day to pack everything!

Glad it wasn't just me having the problems (well, that it was more of a system-wide issue). I ended up doing about 10 items at a time and it got them through, but I didn't finish until 12:24 am so I ended up using regular listing also.
The bulk editor is also playing up for the past week, it just stalls and doesn't complete stuff, in three different browser types. Wastes a lot of time also.
